Where is Icy Blue water sourced from?

Icy Blue bottled water is sourced from The Oak Ridge Moraine. Under the Oak Ridges Moraine Conservation Act, our source and the surrounding area are protected, ensuring its ongoing ecological and hydrological integrity. It is filtered and purified through ancient glacial rock, resulting in pure, healthy water with a natural alkaline balance.

Do you recycle your big bottles?

We don’t recycle big bottles. At Icy Blue, our bottled water jugs are for one-time use only, which means the jugs are not being used before delivering to you. That means you don’t have to worry about sanitation problems.

How do I start a subscription?

To start a monthly subscription, head to our Product page. Select your desired product(s) and hit the Subscribe button

If you need a water pump, we’ve got you covered there, too. we offer a free water pump for subscribers, and free shipping is offered for you if you subscribe more than 2 bottles/month

Please be noted that only 15 litre of bottled water is available for subscription at this moment.

How do I cancel my bottled water delivery subscription service?

About Delivery

What is your shipping policy?

For one-time purchases, we charge a $5 flat rate for all orders within the service area. However, if you subscribe to at least 2 bottles of water per month, you will receive delivery for free for all of your orders.

Our fulfillment teams work hard to fulfill orders within 2-3 business days from when an order is placed. However, since we are a small team, please make note that unexpected delays can occur with the order processing.

Do I have to be present when the delivery is made?

There is no need to be at the delivery address when your deliveries arrive.

What if your website says services are unavailable in my area?

We apologize for the inconvenience. If you are located outside of the Greater Toronto Area, delivery services are unavailable in your area at the present time. Go to our "Service Area" page to check if your city is on our service list. We are expanding our delivery service, so please check back in the near future to see if services are available!

About Returns

What is your return policy?

We do not accept any returns. Any product sent back to us will not be refunded. However, if the product you received is incorrect, damaged, or you have any quality concerns, please contact info@eautopiabiotech.com with details of the issue so we can further assist you with a product replacement or refund, if appropriate.

My product arrived damaged, what do I do?

In the occurrence of a damaged product, please contact info@eautopiabiotech.com so we can help make things right! Please include a photo of the damaged product for verification.
